General Handling Standards

Staff involved in movement and storage are trained in lifting, equipment use, and risk reduction. Fragile, high-value, and sensitive goods receive handling rules matched to their class.

Packaging & Liability

• Shippers remain responsible for packaging that survives normal transit shock, vibration, and pressure change.
• We may refuse or hold cargo that is unsafe, leaking, or poorly prepared.
• Repacking may be offered at the sender’s cost when required to continue safely.

Specialized Cargo

Dangerous goods must be declared with supporting safety data and packed to the applicable air, sea, or road rules. Undeclared DG can be stopped by authorities.

Cold-chain cargo needs a stated temperature range at booking. Data loggers inside the pack are recommended.

Project cargo uses lifting plans and securing diagrams before it is accepted onto a vehicle or vessel.

Facility Security

• Warehouses use monitored access and CCTV on key zones.
• Staff handling high-value or bonded cargo follow access controls.
• Shipments may be inspected when law or safety requires it.
