Return Shipments
Reverse logistics can move products back to origin or a nominated facility for business customers.
Undeliverable cargo caused by a bad address, refusal, or failed clearance is treated as return-to-sender. Return freight, duties, and admin fees are billed to the original sender unless another agreement exists.
Refund Limitations
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once cargo has dispatched.
- Cancellations at least 24 hours before pickup or loading may qualify for a refund minus booking fees.
- No transport refund applies after the journey has started.
Damaged Goods
A refund of freight is separate from an insurance claim. Note damage on the delivery receipt, file within 7 days with photos and value proof, and compensation will follow declared value and purchased cover. Without extra insurance, liability follows standard weight-based carrier limits.
Guaranteed Delivery Exceptions
Express guaranteed products may qualify for a freight refund if we cause a significant miss of the contracted date. Force majeure events such as severe weather, customs inspections, strikes, or border closures are excluded.
